Yet again Sidmouth Bowling Club have cause for celebration, writes Susie Bonnell.
Jill Bishop and Brenda Somerfield, won the second round of County Pairs (East Sector).
In a very close game with a final score of 17-15, Jill and Brenda played Rita Barwick and Berry Maynard of Honiton.
This win takes them through to the semi-final of the Devon County competition.
In the semi-final the pair will meet Jean Rainton and Janine Orchard of Madeira in Exmouth. Well done, Jill and Brenda and good luck for the next round.
