The Sidmouth girl’s rugby team made their first appearance of the year on Sunday.
The girl’s have not had the best of luck since the turn of the year with a number of matches falling foul of the weather.
However, the weather was much improved for their meeting with Crediton at a sun-kissed Sidford.
The girl’s performed admirably across the pitch and as a result of their endeavours claimed an 11-6 victory.
The Sidmouth girls train every Sunday afternoon from 3pm. New players are always made very welcome, simply turn up at Sidford Pavilion ready to play each Sunday afternoon!
