Hurrah! Sunshine, well no rain at least, on day two of the Sidmouth Bowling Club away tour to Bournemouth, writes Susie Bonnell.
All bowlers were on board the coach by 10.30am for their trip to Lymington Bowling Club, arriving at 11.30, with plenty of time for a leisurely stroll around lovely Lymington town.
We had a wonderful reception from the Lymington club members - and the two reserves - once they knew they weren’t needed - were generous supporters of the club’s bar!
