Last Monday, the President’s team held its first home fixture against Dawlish Warren, writes Maria Clapp.
Once again, the weather was on our side and the visitors commented on how beautiful the setting was and the condition of the course. In fact, they said it was stunning!
A great day was had by all. Sidmouth ladies won by 7-0, which represents a great result! We have the return fixture at Dawlish on July 9.
It will be interesting to see how we fare on their course. Hopefully just as well! It always makes a difference when you have the home advantage and know the course!
