The two teams that make up the Sidmouth Raiders Under-10s had a special day out at the home of Exeter City recently.
The youngsters provided the half-time entertainment at the Grecians meeting with Oxford United.
The Raiders and the Warriors took to the sacred turf keeping their nerves in front of over 3,000 fans, for a penalty shoot-out which involved dribbling around players before shooting at the opposition keeper.
The Grecian’s mascot lion even got in on the action – putting a few goals in on his own.
Both teams saw their photo in the match day programme, before enjoying pizza, and a great match between Exeter and Oxford United – which ended in a 1-1 draw.
A great day was had by all, and both teams would like to thank Exeter City for their hospitality, and for such a memorable day out.
