Tomorrow (Saturday) Sidmouth Rugby Club will be marking the climax of this season’s exciting Six Nations Championship with a series of events leading up to England match against France, which will decide the outcome of the competition.
What looks set to be an exciting afternoon and evening at the club kicks-off with a ‘Six Nations Tag Rugby’ event for the age groups Under-7s through to Under-10s. At 2pm the Sidmouth Chiefs are in Western Counties West league action taking on visiting Tavistock. That game is followed by a Devon Colts Cup League fixture between Sidmouth Colts and Ivybridge Colts with the match kicking-off at 3.30pm.
Then the clubhouse bar is expected to brim full with a terrific atmosphere for the 5pm showing on the big screen television of ‘Le Crunch’, the Six Nations final game between England and France.
Topping off a busy day at the Blackmore, there’s live music on offer from 8pm.
There’s also Saturday action for Sidmouth Quins with a trip to Crediton 2nd XV.
