The Charles Stanley Monday stableford was certainly a close affair, writes Chris Roberts.
From a field of 36 players just two points separated the top seven players with the leading four all scoring 37 points!
Ultimately the victory went to James Spiller followed by Martyn White.
Third place went to club manager Jonathan Lee.
It was a strong back nine of 20 points from Spiller that sealed his countback success.
Duncan Taylor still leads the Eclectic League by three shots and also leads the birdie table by four followed closely by Neil Holland and Jonathan Lee.
