The 2013/14 Honiton Netball League winter season was not the best campaign the Sidmouth Toucans have experienced, writes Alexa Baker.
However, the ladies were presented with silverware at the league AGM.
Caroline Biggs was jointly named ‘Player of the season’ along with OPG player Carol Goddard.
What makes the Biggs award even more special is that she only played for Toucans for three months of the campaign before moving away through work!
The other award for Toucans was presented to the whole team as winners of the ‘Fair Play’ award.
