Sidmouth Town are in action tonight (Wednesday) when they entertain Honiton Town in a SWP League Eastern Division derby.
Tonight’s game promises to be an exciting one and, potentially full of goals after both the Vikings and the Hippos scored four times in the respective matches last Saturday.
As Small scored a hat-trick in the Town Saturday League Cup win over Axminster Town, but the pick of the four Town goal was a superb 30-yard strike from Will Richards that set up the 4-2 success in the first Town outing under the joint management of Kev Tooze and Danny Burwood.
Honiton Town, for their part, are on a three match unbeaten run having beaten Teignmouth and Budleigh on successive Saturday’s and drawn 2-2 at high-flying Bovey Tracey last midweek. Tonight’s game at Manstone Lane kicks off at 7.30pm.
