The Sidmouth Town kit draw was completed on Saturday and there are three different local business’s who will adorn the shirts of the Vikings’ third, second and senior teams.
Josh Stunell’s first team, who begin their South West Peninsula League Eastern Division season with a Manstone Lane game against Torridgeside on Saturday (August 12) are being sponsored in the coming season by Prospect Plaice, Sidmouth – a fish and chip restaurant in the town.
The second team are to be sponsored by Honiton MOT Centre and the third team will be sponsored by The Filling Station, Sidmouth.
The idea for the kit draw came from first team manager Josh Stunell and his number two John Clements and it raised terrific interest with 49 local business’s taking part in the draw which was made by Councillor Stuart Hughes.
