There was no action for any of the Sidmouth XVs last weekend as the wet weather shut down rugby, football (and even some hockey) across the area.
However, last Sunday Sidmouth did have players involved in the Devon Under20 fixture against Gloucestershire.
The fixture was played at Devonport and both Harry Rumens, at scrum half, and Haydon Down, at tight prop, were in the starting XV.
Richard Hole came off the bench to join the action in the second half. Complementing then three Sidmouth players in the action, also in attendance was hooker Joe Herbert who was a travelling reserve and a mention also for the unfortunate Sam Cavin who was selected for the squad, but was unable to play through injury.
As for the match result, Devon were beaten 30-15.
