Sidmouth Under-10 Dabbling Penguins were 3-2 winners when they came up against Exeter Chiefs.
The team was superbly led by captain Scott Monro Higgs who led by example at the breakdown tackles.
The Man of the match award went to Thomas Grove who was involved in all forward moves and tackled everything within reach in the middle of the park.
These two were really well supported by Tom Bird who offloaded superbly, Will Goodall who ran some good lines from fullback, and Charley Turley, Reece Hext and Alec Bagwell who all showed great team play.
