Sidmouth Under-13s were five wicket winners when they met Seaton in a Bradleys East Devon Youth League game.

Seaton batted first and their top scorer was Ben Goodyear who opened and was at the non striking end to watch his sister Lilly dismiss the other Seaton opener top the very first delivery of the match!

Lilly Goodyear went on to finish with figures of 1-6 from four overs whilst Tom Simmons (2-1), Jordan Fowler (1-6) and Ollie Pugsley (1-11), were the other wicket takers.

Ben Goodyear scored 33 of his teams total of 63-6.

The reply saw runs shared around. Tom Simmons top scored with 14 whilst Thomas Moore hit 13. The two not out batsmen to take Sidmouth over the winning line were Thomas Burhop (12no) and Ben March (10no).

Kev Sutton (2-9) and Matt Lloyd-Davies (2-10) were the other Seaton wicket takers.

Sidmouth Under-11s were 10-run winners in their meeting with Seaton. Emma Seward top scored with 25 in the Sidmouth offering of 92-4. The Seaton reply closed on 82-6.
