Sidmouth Under-15 girls were in action at Crediton where they played two matches.
First up against the hosts Sidmouth started well and scored the first try of the game through Sophie Moore before going down to three Crediton tries either side of the break. Sidmouth came mighty close to further tries themselves, but were held up short of the line each time.
They then took on Kingsbridge who scored two early tries, but that served to spark the Sidmouth girls into action and they scored three times to lead 3-2 at then break. They scored twice more in the second half whilst the opposition got just one more leaving Sidmouth 5-3 victors.
The Simouth try scoring was shared by Sophie Moore, Yasmine Whitrow and Emily Vicary.
