Sidmouth Under-16s scored six goals on opposition turf for the third week running.
A week after ending Cullompton Rangers’s unbeaten record in stunning fashion the Town teens were once again at their ruthless best winning 6-2 at Dawlish.
Freddie King, who made his senior debut as a second half substitute for Sidmouth Town’s Peninsula league side the week before, scored a hat-trick and there were single goals from Tyler Wellman, Jack De Winton and Joe Miller.
The win sees the teams lead at the top of the Exeter and District Under-16 Division One table extended to 11 points. However, they have just two matches to play to complete their season whilst title-rivals Cully Rangers still have seven to play and Exwick Villa have nine left to negotiate.
Town Under-16s coach Jon Miller said: “It was not as fluent a performance as the precious week, but conditions were difficult with a sharp wind and a bobbly surface.”
