Sidmouth Under-7s travelled to Bridport with 26 players and made up five teams for their first taste of action this season.
With Bridport fielding four teams and Weymouth a mini-tournament was contested.
In excess of 20 matches were played with many close contests and at the end of the action an honourable draw was declared.
This weekend the youngest section of the rugby club will take on teams from Exeter Chiefs.
