Sidmouth Town and West Hill Wasps were both represented in the Exeter and District Youth League Under-12 select eleven that made its seasonal debut last week.
Bailey Wallace, Jordan Fowler, Jack Hatswell and Tom Simmons of Wasps and Sam Pyne of Sidmouth Warriors were part of the 4-1 success over the Taunton and District Youth League.
Team boss Paul Hawkins said: “It was a fine show for a first outing as a team. The quality of play was very good and it’s a concept I am keen to develop with games against other South West Leagues.”
