Sidmouth Warriors Under-10s only had a bare seven players available for their latest matches.
On Saturday morning they took on Cullompton Rangers and West Hill Wasps.
The game with Cullompton saw Warriors beaten 3-1 with all the goals being scored in the second half. Thomas Mead scored the Warriors goal.
Next up they played a strong West Hill Wasps side who won 5-2.
Wasps led 3-0 at half-time and they added two more before Warriors staged a fine comeback with a superb strike from Jack Howe and an own goal.
All seven boys deserve mention; Thomas Mead, Harry Emmett, Jack Howe, Toby Neumegan, Calvin Clifford, Josh Miller and goalie Ben Harrison.
