Bradninch 1, Sidmouth Warriors 7 Cullompton Rangers 1, Sidmouth Warriors 0 Sidmouth Warriors Under-10s endured mixed results when they travelled to Mid Devon for their latest Exeter and District Youth League matches, writes Justin Ashby.
It was a morning of two halves for the Warriors on Saturday as they ventured In the first match against Cullompton the boys struggled on a heavy pitch to get their passing and possession going.
A close encounter was heading towards a 0-0 outcome when the home side squeezed in a late winner!
Undaunted by the setback the Warriors served up a more passionate and positive display in the game with Bradninch.
Samuel Rice took the honours with his wonderful striking shift that yielded him four of the goals.
Thomas Rowan, Toby Hill and Joe Ashby were also on the score sheet, but this was a fantastic team effort by the boys.
