Sidmouth Warriors 3, Broadclyst 1 Sidmouth Warriors Under-11 bagged a fourth win of the league season to put nine points between themselves and the bottom three with a dominant all-round display.
In a solid start to the game there was strength in all areas and the early attacking intent paid off when Zac Jabri fired Warriors into the lead with what proved to be the only goal of the game. After the break Richie Drewet and Thomas Mead both went close whilst, at the other end of the pitch, Warriors defenders Harry Emmett and Jack Howe were equal to the best the visitors could offer. A Mead corner was finished off by Calvin Clifford to double the lead and, even after the visitors pulled a goal back, Warriors maintained a level of control over proceedings. They quickly restored the two-goal margin when Mead rifled a free-kick into the net.
Warriors: Ben Harrison , Jack Howe, Josh Miller, Josh Haigue, Lewis McManus, Zac Jabri, Harry Emmett, Thomas Mead, Richie Drewet, Calvin Clifford, Toby Neumegan, Finley Green.
