Invited by Lyme Regis to play for their Jubilee Cup, Sidmouth, along with six other teams from the local area, took on seven teams from Lyme

Invited by Lyme Regis to play for their Jubilee Cup, Sidmouth, along with six other teams from the local area, took on seven teams from Lyme.

The team from Sidmouth came away with the trophy.

They are the first "away" team for about 10 years to take the trophy away from Lyme Regis. Sidmouth last won this cup in 1975. The jubilant winning four were, Rae Knights, Bert Hague, Mike Borst, and skip Bill Boddy.
