SOHC II 0, Kingsbridge and Salcombe 6

SOHC ladies’ II suffered their first defeat of the season at home to a strong visiting outfit, writes Emma Dalton.

The game started brightly with both sides attacking and some good play from the young SOHC team. However, a strong strike from Kingsbridge and Salcombe gave them the first goal which quickly turned into another. SOHC, a defender down through injury, struggled to keep the opposition at bay and despite some fantastic defending, shipped another four to end comfortable winners.

SOHC did win the injury count though 2-0!

Tomorrow (Saturday) sees SOHC II in action at Dawlish (11.30am).
