Sidmouth and Ottery Hockey Club (SOHC) ladies III were 4-0 winners when they took on Winscombe IV in a Sedgemoor Division Two game.
There were some terrific passages of play from the team mixed with some outstanding battling performances, particularly from Megan Thompson-Summers together with stoic defending by Katie Underwood and hard graft in the middle of the pitch from Alice Please.
The SOHC goals were scored by Frankie ‘Brucie’ Forsyth, Megan, Fran Piper and Evie Wilson.
The Player of the Match award went to a thoroughly deserving Megan Thompson-Summers.
