The SOHC men’s teams will be hoping for a better match day than they suffered earlier in the season when their teams take on the same opponents they faced back on October 26, in tomorrows league encounters.

Those October 26 matches resulted in five defeats and one draw for the six teams! The only side to avoid defeat were the senior team who shared eight goals with Torbay who they host tomorrow at Sidmouth (noon). The second eleven travel to Westbury and UB A who previously edged them out 2-1 whilst the third team entertain an Isca D team at Ottery (12.30) that beat them 3-0 in October. The fourth eleven travel to Torbay (2.15pm) having lost 3-1 to them back in October. The toughest tasks clearly face the fifth and sixth teams. The fifths are at Ottery for a 2oppm meeting with an Okehampton side that beat them 10-0 earlier in the season whilst the sixth eleven travel to West Dorset A who thrashed them 15-0 when the pair met in October.

There’s only one match for the SOHC ladies tomorrow and that’s an in-house derby between the thirds and fourths taking place at Sidmouth with a 10.30am start. The ladies first team are without a game, they next play on Saturday week (February 22) when they host Exe II in a Devon Cup semi-final. The second eleven are also without a game and they are not back in action until their March 1 game at Torbay.
