The Fitness Goose is taking on an incredible 24-hour gym session to raise money for the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital in their fight against Covid-19.
Max Richards is a Personal Trainer at PureGym and remains determined to take on this epic challenge, despite two previous postponements due to lockdown restrictions.
“We’ve raised a very humbling amount so far but we need to keep going,” said Max. “The event will start at 18:00 on a TBC date at PureGym, Exeter Fore Street and will be split into rowing, cycling and running for 24 hours.
“The challenge will be 19 minutes on the hour, every hour, but if I raise £500 before the day, this will increase to 30 minutes on 30 minutes off – that’s 12 hours of exercise in 24 hours.”
