Tipton St John will be hoping to play their first fixture since December 14 when they travel tomorrow to Fresha Division One promotion hopefuls Bow AAC.

Following three successive postponements, Tipton may have the chance to avenge an 8-1 home defeat to Bow when they meet on Saturday, weather permitting.

It has been a season of disappointment for the team so far as they have battled against relegation from the start of the season and find themselves sat above only struggling Newton Poppleford in the league table.

The positive for Tipton is that they sit amongst a number of other teams on similar points and are only halfway through their league schedule with 14 games played.

Should they manage to take all six points from their two remaining league meetings against the Popples and Heavitree United 2nds, they may stand a chance of retaining their status as a Fresha One side.
