U7s’ total dedication
Sidmouth RFC under-7s v Topsham under-7s.
With a large Topsham U7 squad turning up, a mini tournament was the order of the day, with back to back games to keep all the players active and playing, writes Pete Bond.
With Topsham having three teams to Sidmouth’s two it was always going to be hard work to take an overall win. Sidmouth’s green team played well for the day holding a draw for three out of the four games and taking a 3-1 win in the last game of the day.
The Sidmouth Red team also played well to manage two draws out of four games against Topsham.
Overall, the Topsham Yellow team won the mini tournament. All the players put 100 per cent in and enjoyed all their games.
