Wasps pipped by just one goal

West Hill Wasps spent most of the football season at the top of the league but ended their campaign this year finishing third, pipped to first place by only three points and second place by only one goal on goal difference!

The team is pictured above and the individual award winners are: Sam Read - Runner up Most Improved Player of the season (parents and players’ vote);

Joseph Green - Most Improved Player of the season (parents and players’ vote); Thomas Simmonds - Runner Up Best Player of the Season (parents and players’ vote); Ben Marsh - Best Player of the season (parents and players’ vote); Ollie Pugsley - Top Goalscorer and Runner up Manager’s Player of the season;

Will Amos - Manager’s Player of the Year. Dominic Harrower - Exeter City Award for Best Goalkeeper in the League.
