Fifty-four members of the senior section entered a yellow ball competition played at the club, writes Chris Grubb.
All the names are drawn from a hat to form teams of three with the yellow ball being used in rotation between the three team members, which scores double stableford points with the two best scores of the three counting towards the overall result.
Home first, with a score of 121 points were the trio of Banfield, Billingsley and Smith. In second were the team of Sharp, Wallace and Rowe with 112 points and that was also the score recorded by the trio Gunston, Skittrall and Price. The nearest the pin prize on the 12th was won by G Hudec whilst the nearest the pin in two on the 18th was won by R Wallace.
