CONCERT-GOERS in Sidmouth are in for a treat on Thursday, November 19, when professional clarinettist and saxophonist Chris Gradwell will perform A Note to Remember at the Manor Pavilion Theatre with celebrated keyboard player, jazz musician and composer Andrew Daldorph.
Chris, who lives in Beer, studied music at the Royal Academy of Music and Salzburg Mozarteum and has taught at Eton College and Trinity College of Music.
He was a soloist with the BBC Concert Orchestra and Philharmonic Orchestra.
Andrew will be conducting his own oratorio Songs of Hope and Creation in Exeter Cathedral at the end of October.
The concert will celebrate the work of world famous composer Gordon Langford, who lives in Seaton.
Brass bands across the world have performed his works and Sidmouth Town Band will play a number during the concert.
Blackmore Singers will stage their eclectic repertoire of music and soloist Val Howels will perform, with her songs signed by Vicky Barrett.
