What a picture. This artist makes the most of sunny days in Sidmouth by capturing the seaside scenes.
Neil Hampson has been a full-time oil painter since he moved to the town two years ago, and puts his own style on landscape work.
He thought enough people had painted Sidmouth, but the changing cliff face keeps things fresh, so he’s out when the weather is bright and the wind won’t blow over his easel.
His work will be on display at the East Devon Art Academy in Fore Street from tomorrow (Saturday) for two weeks.
