Families can strap-in for a rip-roaring, rollercoaster ride of rodent-infested fun with the Tipton Players and Pantomime Society’s (TIPPS) production of The Pied Piper.

A strong cast of adults and children will take to the stage in the village hall next week to tell the traditional story – along with plenty of songs, silliness and a suitably scary baddie in the form of King Rat, played by Mark Reader.

Paul Kinson will be creating a stir in the role of Helga and Denise Wightman will be staging plenty of great fun as Silly Willy.

Performances of The Pied Piper will take place at Tipton St John Community Hall from Wednesday, February 15, to Saturday, February 18, from 7.30pm each evening, with a Saturday matinee at 2.30pm.

Tickets are available for £8 for adults or £4 for under-16s from 01404 812040 or Tipton Village Shop on Saturdays from 10am - noon.
