There are still spaces on a Hallowe'en story telling event for children aged between four and eight at the Forestry Commission's Haldon Forest Park.
The Hallowe'en Horrors storytelling event is on Friday, October 31, at 6pm. People are invited to go in fancy dress, with a prize for the under 15s. Warm fruit punch will be provided. Sessions cost £5 per person and people are advised to take a blanket or cushion for comfort.

There will also be a bike sale during half-term at Forest Cycle Hire based at Haldon Forest Park. There will be 25% off new children's bikes, tag-a-longs and child seats.
