An exhibition entitled ‘It’s a Shore Thing’ will showcase two very different types of art - both inspired by living by the coast.
Pastel paintings by Alison Kerruish and driftwood sculptures by Ruth Bullock will feature at The Bomb Shelter, Beer, from Friday, October 21, to Monday, October 24.
Alison’s paintings, using vibrant pastel colours, are of beach scenes and familiar local places. Ruth chooses unusually shaped driftwood, shells and other beach ‘finds’ to form her sculptures.
The exhibition will be open from 11am to 5pm.
