Sidmouth artists set for Devon Open Studios
A DOZEN artists from the Sidmouth area are among East Devon artists taking part in this year’s Devon Open Studios fortnight.
On from Saturday, September 3 until Sunday, September 18, private art studios around the county will be opened to the public.
Free event books are available, detailing each artist, their work and the days they will be available.
Newcomers to the event featured in last week’s Sidmouth Herald. This week we look at the work of other Sid Valley artists, some of whom have been involved with DOS since it began, five years ago.
Liz Vonberg produces vibrant paintings on silk, inspired by marine and botanic life and her exhibition includes scarves and cushions as well as pictures.
