Couple entertain members of National Trust Sidmouth Centre with help from their friends
TALENTED duo, Coral and David King entertained 100 members of the National Trust Sidmouth Centre last week, with help from Gilbert and Sullivan characters.
The couple, helped by friends, used clever narration, wigs, policemen’s helmets, fans and other props, led the audience through the troubled lives of the two talented men and their operas.
The event, at Sidholme Hotel’s music room, saw the audience join in the singing of familiar choruses.
NTSC chairman, Ian Heard, thanked organisers of the entertainment, which, he said, would be remembered for a long time.
