Carolling and Crumpets with John Kirkpatrick in Sidmouth
CRUMPETS: FolkWeek festival favourite John Kirkpatrick will be in Sidmouth today, Friday, to perform his acclaimed show, Carolling and Crumpets, celebrating Christmas and midwinter in songs, music and stories. This is a rare opportunity to see John perform in Sidmouth outside his regular August appearances. CAROLS: People from across England will be in Sidmouth this weekend (November 19-21) to take part in Folk South West’s annual West Country Christmas Carols event. Singers and instrumentalists will work on a selection of the region’s little-known musical heritage and then perform them in a free, informal concert, on Sunday afternoon at 3.45pm in Sidmouth Methodist Church.
