Youngsters were drawing inspiration from an illustrator at Sidmouth Library on Tuesday.
Woody Cole gave the Sidbury Primary children a workshop about his job and told them how he got into the line of work.
The ‘Astrosaurs’ and ‘CIA’ series illustrator presented the cover of a collection of pictures entitled ‘Sidmouth Stories’ that the budding artists added to.
They were also encouraged to think up characters to draw that they could write a story or poem for later.
‘Sidmouth Stories’ is expected to be available in the library when it is finished.
