Singer Kate joins jazz quartet for evening of music, poetry and acting at Sidmouth’s Kennaway House
SINGER Kate Walker, pictured, will join poets, actors, musicians and readers at the Cellar Bar, Kennaway House, on Saturday, for an evening of variety, jazz, songs, poems and sketches.
Doors open at 6.45pm for a 7.30pm start. Chris Gradwell (saxophone and clarinet) and Andrew Daldorph (keyboard) head-up the quartet, and Kate will perform a variety of songs.
Wally Cotgrave, Barbara Farquharson, Kairen Hooker, Trudi Morgan, John Torrance and Rowland Molony will perform sketches and poems.
Other guest poets and readers on the bill are Frances Lee and Madeleine and David Birch.
