Originally written by Scottish born J M Barrie in 1904, Peter Pan instantly became a childrens' favourite. His enchanting story has since been adapted in theatre, film and music. In 1929, Barrie generously gave the copyright for performances of Peter Pan to the Great Ormond Street Childrens' Hospital. Such is the enduring affection for this delightful tale of young heroism, since that year, Great Ormond Street has benefited from a near constant stream of performing rights funds.

Sidmouth Musical Comedy Society is proud to be supporting Great Ormond Street by donating all performing rights from this new version of Peter Pan and will also be collecting donations at the theatre after performances.
