Sidmouth bar Graze and Olive has been named among a list of the best places in Devon for a festive meet-up.

Traveling review website Muddy Stilettos has called the bar one of the best 'glam bars for a festive meet-up in Devon'.

The article said: "Want a squiffy selfie with a cute Christmas cocktail?

"We’ve taken a fancy to the festive creations coming out of Sidmouth’s Graze & Olive which include this candy cane-adorned Sugar Cookie, a Santa’s Hat (vodka and grenadine), a creamy Snow Russian and a chocolatey Ferrero Rocher Martini. Every Friday is Graze & Cocktail Night with a seasonal grazing board to soak up the booze for £16pp."

The Graze and Olive is currently up for sale with a leasehold price of £29,000.

It recently went under refurbishment to the value of £50,000.

The restaurant has a reception lobby, dining/bar area, with 36 seats and eight bar seats with a bar servery, kitchen/prep area, and storeroom.

The estate agents say that gross sales are forecast at £160,000. It holds a live music license and an alcohol license until 11pm.

In a post on Facebook, the owner said: "For those of you who don’t know already, I have decided to sell Graze & Olive. The bar life has been a dream that in reality isn’t easily achievable as a mum, wife and someone who loves her sleep.

"The sale price is simply to cover the investment that went into making it in the stunning venue it is. If you, or anyone you know could possibly be interested in taking over my beautiful bar, please contact EMF directly.

"We will be carrying on as normal and getting a load of live music on between now and Christmas so please still keep us company every weekend. Lots of love."
