Officers from The Rural East Devon Neighbourhood Team executed a warrant in Sidmouth on Monday, January 29 and found a significant amount of drugs.
After a search of the house, Class A drugs were located inside the property, and a person was arrested on suspicion of being concerned about the supply of Class A drugs.
A spokesman from Devon and Cornwall Police's Rural East Devon Police said: "We are committed to taking firm and robust action on drugs to keep our communities safe.
"If you have any information about ongoing drug issues you wish to report to the police, please report it via 101, online or by phone.
"Alternatively, you can report information anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
