Members of the Devon Air Ambulance fundraising team were awarded the Exeter Living Award for local charities on behalf of the organisation on Thursday evening (March 7).
The team was up against some worthy competitors locally and were thrilled to have been awarded the charity award.
Jo Rigby, Head of Fundraising at Devon Air Ambulance said: "We are incredibly proud to have received this amazing award from the Exeter Living Awards, 2024. We were up against some fantastic charities, each deserving of such a prestigious award, so thank you to the judging panel who recognised the continuous lifesaving work of Devon Air Ambulance."
Within their entry submission the charity outlined some of the recent highlights including their response in 2023 to a record number of missions.
As a charity money for their work is raised with support of communities, groups and organisations.
